I agree with the initial post and yes it has been a shambles with regards to the organisation of buying tickets. I should think Blues have the capacity of opening more than one ticket office and would have been fully aware of the magnitude of fans who wanted to buy tickets for this massive occasion. I would have hoped that BCFC would have found extra staff to ease the buying of tickets for fans. |

You must have been with a much better crowd than me, whoever was saying it was a good night! It was terrible for me! I got there at 4.30 a.m, freezing my toes off, sat behind a group of 10 of the biggest chavs you'll ever meet. Breathed in 10 hours straight of second-hand smoke while they directed drunken insults towards me, heard next to no atmosphere or chanting the whole time just a couple of blokes getting in a fight near me and a lot of moans and groans about the queueing the whole time. I couldn't wait to leave and would certainly not go through that again if we make the semi-final. Overall, a terrible effort by the club in the way it was handled and they obviously don't care about the fans when they couldn't be bothered to do anything to improve the situation. Hardly any stewards inside the ground and so people were queue jumping to save themselves hours of queuing time. No entertainment or big screen. Incredibly slow-moving queues - should have employed more ticket people if they knew it was going to be that slow. In saying all this, it will be forgotten if we beat Arsenal, but it was a horrible experience and after going to Blues' last 6 home games, I feel in no rush to get back to St Andrews after all that. |

Elliot22 I am with you!!! It was a horrible experience! I also had about 10 chavs infront of me, they were v.drunk, insulting the nice quiet people who just wanted to keep their heads down+they were treating the stewards like dogs, they were just idiots who have no respect for anybody, they constantly swore, the C word was their word of choice-how delightful! It was awful, just awful!! But Wembley here we come!!! Cant wait! :kro: :blues: |
